Hi Dianne, sorry I haven't been on for a while; I just saw your question about ICES.  Their website is at www.ices.org  the next convention will be in Charlotte, NC, August 2011.  The membership is $60 a year; you receive a color newsletter each month as a member with tutorials.  The next newsletter will have this cake featured on the cover and a tutorial.
