This one is also a 6" for $25. Sometimes those silk flowers are more expensive than the gumpaste ones. It all depends on your taste. I also use embellishments from time to time.

by the way, I agree with June. Clients aren't as big of sticklers about using all sugar for the cake as other decorators seem to be, but you know what? It's the client that is paying you. Not other decorators. So if they are happy, then I say, whatever works.

Hey....

Don't be sorry!!! If it works, it works. I am a firm believer that not EVERYTHING that adorns a cake has to me made from fondant, gumpaste...etc., etc.
