AFTERNOON TEA

Victoria Sponge filled with apricot jam and whipped double cream. Topped with stencil in caster sugar mixed with gold lustre dust and piped with Chantilly Cream. This is what I am good at - my husband nearly nicked the lot before I could even photograph it!
