I love this.  So elegant, simple portraying the beach theme.

Why thank you Rosemary! I made some molds from shells I found, some are chocolate molds I found at Michales or JoAnns craft stores and some are made from molds I got at our local D&G Occ. store in Orlando.  Small coral on middle tier to your left was made with royal icing. The coral on top was made with royal icing as well. The topper tho' was very fragile. If I ever do that again, I'd make it with Isomalt. Some items as I said were made with royal icing, some with gumpaste and some with a mixture of white and brown chocolate. Good luck & can't wait to see your photos!!

Hello Bonnie, I love your cake very clean and classy. May I ask where you got your shell molds? I have a Sweet 15 cake and 200 cupcakes in a beach theme for next month and need shells the size you made.

Thanks, Rosemary
