University of Miami Groom's Cake - 122F
This was a White Almond Sour Cream cake covered in rolled buttercream. The bill was made with gumpaste formed on cardboard over the actual bill of a hat. "U" was made of fondant. It was a replica of one of the groom's hats.

Very authentic. Everytime I turn around there is a ball cap in my house and this makes me think the caps are having babies. Super!
