Thanks Shirley for that suggestion. I actually know that technique, I took flower class from Nick Lodge and that's the way he does it. Some decorators even use a toothpick. I'm just lazy. LOL, but thanks I'll take that into consideration the next time I make some.

Beautiful cake Ruby - I just love Orchids and these green ones are really unusual. Fab work x
