Thanks for your comment. The stuffing was made of Cake that was toasted in the broiler part of the oven. Cut in diced mint julip leaves, red gummy fishes cut and diced, orange, white sour bears shredded cocanut and walnuts. A glob of icing was plased in this area then the stuffing was added.

Very cool!  So what was the stuffing ade of?  other than excess cake?
