Good for you!!
Will be a bit of a tough go for awhile, but I am sure worth it in the end. I am retired now, 1 yr., after working 30 +, so my callings for fun.

Thanks!  June, I have been trying to build a clientele since losing my job in January.  I am planning on attending Pastry School in the fall and hopefully open my own place in the next couple years.
