Farewell Cupcake Cake

Done for my cousin who requested something "lemon-y". She and her family are moving from Cayman to the USA, so this is what I came up with. I free handed the countries - did a good job with Grand Cayman but my USA could have been better...Lemon Cupcakes with lemon buttercream. TFL!
