Yes, I airbrushed the water.  The rocks were made of fondant. I had a stencil for the clouds and airbrushed them.  It did take a while to decorate the cake, but I can't say how long, it's been awhile.  This was for a little boy who loves to fish, he was thrilled with the cake.  That makes it all worth it!
