Trumpeter & Eiting weddings 030[1]

This was a cocolate fudge cake with chocolate cream cheese and ganache filling. All butter cream. The cocolate piping was the pattern of lace at the bottom of the brides dress. She photocopied it and I made an impression mat with puffy paint then piped it in. The top tier was offset to acommodate the design of the lace. Made it very difficult to handle and move around. The bride made the monogram herself.
