I want to say I just "turned" 60, but that was last July. Mine is sort of Weight Watchers Katy. I am actually a life time member of WW. I use a a App for my IPod called Lose It. I tried the points, but it seemed there were too many carbs for me, didn't work. But basciacally your "track" waht you eat. However which way you do it, that's what you need to do. If not, thee is no way you can rmember at the end of a week what you consumed. I try and power walk everyday. Didn't get out yesterday as I worked on a cake all day. Gonna make myself bundle up & go out. When I reach my goal, I will do what you are doing....strict during the week, & enjoy myself wihtin reason on the wknd!!
Thank you for the recipe.
Weightwatchers is the way for me June. Several years ago, I was coming up to 50 and just decided ' I am NOT going to be 50 and fat' so I went for it. It has fluctuated a bit over the years and started to get out of control again when I stopped working (like you!). So I stuck back to counting points and made myself go out power walking at least 3 times a week - man that did it! I now stick to my regime during the week and eat what I want at the weekends. So much happier for it - more energy and I can buy clothes that look good on me - JOY! I just wish I had done it when I was much younger, because, of course, the skin doesn't go back tight anymore (I'm 59 now) and sleeveless is a big no no.
Whoa Katy
5 stone, or 70 lbs. Good for you!!! How did you do it Katy? I had my weight down, then retired, and I am guessing I wasn't as physical as I was when I was working. So about 10 lbs has snuck up. I am back on track, recording all my calories, which works for me. It has startred to come off. This time I am not going to stop recording. That's what I did, and before you know it, the weight creeps back up because you don't remember what you ate, or how much. It is tedious, but it works. Keeps you honest with yourself.
Goreti, I may just do that, but I will need some translations on the ingredients if I do. The only trouble is, I would probably end up eating most of it and as I've just finally managed to get my weight under control (down from 13.5 stone to 8.5 stone and staying there!) - like you, I'm a bit scared of it lol!
thank you very much Linda :)

Katy, you have got to try this recipe. It is delicious. I want to make it again but quite frankly I'm afraid to. I've already gained a couple of pounds lately and I know I cannot resist this beauty. It is delicious. If you like chocolate & cappuccino, this is the one for you.
