Birthday Cake
I was the lucky winner of some Marvelous Onlay Molds a few months ago from a giveway on Isugarcoatit.com. Can I just say I LOVE them. This is a triple chocolate pound cake, filled with raspberry curd, covered in a mix of dark & milk chocolate ganache. Flowers were made without any cutters.

Goreti, just looked these moulds up and watched a quick video on them. Man, they look fantastic! Bet I can't get them here, and if I can, bet they're way more expensive than over there..........:(

Oh my word, Goreti - this is amazing! Your pansies are incredible - AND NO CUTTERS! Yikes. You have a beautiful finish on the cake too and the moulds sound great. (Sorry, just can't bring myself to spell mould the American way lol).
