Top two layers of a three layered wedding cake
Top cake is a rich dark fruit cake with marzipan and fondant, square cake is dark chocolate cake with creamy browny frosting , covered with a thin layer of chcolate BC and fondant. The bottom cake is a carrot and apple cake, covered with cottage buttercream and fondant. Flowers and hummingbird made from sugar paste.
