Dina, if you do try these out, grease the pan outside bottom first with Crisco and then place your cut piece of plastic wrap on top of the Crisco. One piece per heart. The Crisco will hold the plastic wrap so that it doesn't move around while you are working on each heart, and once they are dry, you can just slide the plastic wrap right off the pan carefully pulling the heart off without breaking it. Keep your wet paper towel close at hand to keep your tip clean while piping too, but don't saturate the tip or you will have your RI become too thin and you will get a drop of water where you do not want it.
