This was supposed to be one barrel type cake, but even with dowels etc, I wasn't comfortable, the cake was just too soft, so I decided to do 2 cakes instead of 1.  This was for a pre-wedding celebration, its an Indian tradition to have a 'mehndi' evening.

These were both 10" 3 layer vanilla sponge with strawberry filling and strawberry butter cream then fondant.
