Tiphanie's 3rd Birthday

My grand daughter wanted a yellow cake...so I thought I'd try making a castle. There are so many things I could have done, But I didn't think she would complain...she didn't. She loved it. The inside was rainbow velvet with strawberry filling. Tasted very good.
