i can imagine ,the 4tier cake i did for sister with trellis on the corners were a nightmare i made so many spares and took them to the venue with the icing bag lol !!!

No I don't mind Ms. Eva! This is what this site is all about, helping and incouraging one another.

I used wilton's royal icing recipe with tip #3:

• 3 tablespoons Meringue Powder
• 4 cups (about 1 lb.) confectioners' sugar
• 6 tablespoons warm water

Makes: About 3 cups of icing.

Yes Mary! This one will be white only. I have to make a pinks cake for it next week. I will be storing it in an air tight container, so it will not get dust. They are very easy to break so I have to handle it with care. This is my third one and sixth tried. So, now you know what happened to the others, cracked!!! lol!
