These are so simple and great for kids to make. 1 box of vanilla wafers, 1pkg. keepler grasshopper cookies. I make my own icing or you can use store bought. Dye your colors red, green, & yellow.
I put red and yellow color on one wafer then mint cookie then green color then another wafer then moist slightly with water on top of wafer with water and sprinkle seasame seeds. Makes 40 cookies
Some people use dyed green coconut for the lettuce look but alot of children don't like that.
