My Cake # ?, Wilton Buttercream Ribbon Rose

Now don't laugh, but I just came across this one, it is from one of my 2013' Wilton classes. The one where we were to make buttercream ribbon roses. lol I just happened to have this cake available to put them on! As you can see, it is a strawberry one, done in buttercream. Then I added the roses, and the leaves as the borders for all 3 tiers.

Looks good Bonnie. ??? What all do they teach in those classes, we have a Micheal's here that has classes. I've never been to one. Just wondering.

Thanks a lot guys!!  The day we made these ribbon roses, I just took all the leftover buttercream that I had to class, hence the 3 colors of roses shown.  The cake was thrown together with leftover layers also, hence the 3 sizes of cake with 'no rhyme or rhythm' ...  I was just lucky to have anything to put them on.  Definitely not a planned production. lol

I agree with Goreti.....why would you laugh.....very pretty Bonnie. I took that Wilton class...but through a local decorator shop....many moons ago. I remember making roses coming out the wazoo, every week!!!!
