Isabelle's Cake
Last minute cake made for a friends funeral. 2 stacked carrot sheet cakes, covered in PWBC. White flowers & leaves sprinkled with light green & pink luster dust. Had to be precut before delivery, so sides left rough, who would notice, or care? When finished, I rather liked the effect. Isabelle loved flowers & stuffed animals. {:-)

Isabelle was the 97 year old 'black',(her words), lady that lived right behind my mom. She was mom's best friend, and they did everything together. She loved flowers & stuffed animals, you could not find a chair in her house that was not full of one or the other! And she was my friend too. She really missed mom the last year. So thanks again for that nice compliment.

Bonnie, I love the soft, sweetness of this cake..and carrot cake is my fav!
