tasting cakes

I've been trying to dress up my tasting cakes a little so I have been using the smallest Fat Daddio cake pans and going with whatever idea my bride has in mind so that she can see different styles. Red velvet, marble, and strawberry are these three with fondant. It was a good way for this bride to try out fondant (which she did not like, by the way) and also made me decide to improve on my own fondant flavor. Now I'm using the marshmallow fondant flavored with cheese cake flavoring made by Lorann oils. Yummmmm!
