The cupcake cake 003
I am always brainstorming. I did this yesterday for the first time of working with cupcakes. I decided to do one large cupcake design. Let me know what you think about it.

Thanks. I think I will try something different next time. I have so many ideas in my head. I can picture different things with cupcakes. I only been doing this for over a year.

Hi Everyone,
The top part of the cupcakes are red velvet with cream cheese icing, and the bottom part are half chocolate cupcakes, and then I did marble cupcakes with the frosting. Would you believe that the frosting is just confection sugar, butter, and cocoa. It's to die for. Now that I look at it I probably could have done the bottom in a different style by making it look like the ridges of a regular cupcake. What do you think?

I'm drooling here. It looks wonderful. I'm guessing chocolate ganache, but what is the white - buttercream, smbc, meringue?
