Did this one following Amelia Carbine's tutorial on cakefu. Turned out a lot better than I expected, so I am very pleased with it!

Yes, I used gumpaste, home made.

Oh wow, Bonnie, this rose is perfect!  For many years I was a national exhibitor and judge for the American Rose Society and this baby could win the Queen of Show (top award)!  Did you use gum paste?

Betty, Betty, Betty!  Buttercream roses are the 'bread & butter' of roses.  I love them because they not only look, & taste, terrific, they are so much easier to make.  The need for them will never perish! lol
