THANKSGIVING PIE CAKE
Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian Cakers….. This is my “cherry pie” cake for our family thanksgiving/birthdaydinner. It’s also my nephews birthday. I used the tutorial from Lisa Strauss of Confetti Cakes to make his….
Cake is chocolate fudge cherry almond cake. Had fun making this!! I used ganache for the 1st time, chocolate almond flavoured. My immediate family isn’t crazy about ganache…but since this is for extended family..wants to give it go.
