Harvest Cake - 1025F

I carved the pumpkin cake out of 4 - 8 inch rounds. The haystacks are pillars that are covered with frosting I piped on using a number 4 tip. THe plates are covered with leaves I cut out of multi colored fondant. The turkeys are made with cookies I cut out using a turkey cookie cutter and only using the head part of the cookie. I took two cookies and sandwiched them together to give them a 3D look. I then covered them with frosting and added details such as beak, feet, eyes etc...
