Racing Bike
For a bike nut who was being made redundant. His line manager wanted something for him to say thanks. Wheels are 6" vic sponge filled with strawberry jam and vanilla butter cream. Covered in fondant, with all the frame etc in fondant. I was a bit nervous about this one, but so happy with the way it came out. Collected this morning and client very happy indeed.

Thank you June! I honestly didn't think I was capable of making it this well, so pleased. Think it has probably resulted in me getting a 16th birthday cake out of it too, she was so pleased. Lovely lady as well.
