Draped Bow

This cake was made in Fondant II class at Sweet Wise, Nashville TN. I learned a new way of doing draping using dowels that makes a much neater uniform bow which I really like. This cake was vanilla pound cake (good traveler), CK buttercream and FondX Fondant.
