Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

For my stepdaughter for Christmas. She loves fruit cake, but never gets any as the rest of her family don't like it and one of her sons has a nut allergy. That son is now in Australia for a while, so she gets one this year. Les Brown's fruit cake recipe baked in a 1lb loaf tin, covered in marzipan and fondant. Decorated with white and gold fondant accents.

Thank you everyone so much for your kind comments.  It is a delicious fruit cake - very moist and packed with mixed fruit and almonds (all generously doused in Brandy lol!).  Just pop over to Les Brown's page for the recipe.
