Teddy bear tea party cake

Rainbow sponge cake. Butter icing with plastic icing "table cloth" placed over. Dusted with lustre for satin finish. Porcelain tea set and toy teddy bears placed on little chairs. Chairs sponge cake too, covered with plastic icing.
