my 2nd attempt at a brand bag cake, this is a clutch bag, but i do find bags difficult to work with, even though I think it turned out well, I found the back of it didnt sit as well as i had expected. maybe i should be using a different cake mix perhaps maderia and what helps it to hold well?

I would think 70p is too cheap Lynette, yes.  They can be time consuming.  Do you have any shops that sell cake pops in your area?  If so, see what they are charging and how the pops compare to yours in taste and complexity.  Then price yours accordingly.

That's right Lynette, yes.  Carve, then crumb coat.

hi katy, sorry after i crumb coat i was carving, i think i should be carving before frosting it after leaving in fridge or freezer overnight!

Sorry Luz - didn't make myself clear.  That comment was directed at Lynette - I wondered if she was carving after crumb coating lol!
