Teacher's Appreciation cake - side view
Bottom tier is yellow cake w/choc. mousse filling, middle tier is chocolate w/choc. cream cheese filling, top tier is french vanilla cake also w/choc. cream cheese filling. Top & bottom are iced in Choc. BC, middle is white BC.
