the gerber daisies are made out of fondant and gumpaste so they are stiff and more like china. some people prefer just to use the gumpaste but it dries out too quickly for me to work with so i use 50/50 and color them to my specs. i also have a daisy form maker to get the exact shape every time....

Your cake is really very pretty! Could you tell me how you did your gerbra daisies? Also are they out of gumpaste?
