Ganache, it's hot in here!
This was my first attempt at chocolate ganache....I'm now addicted. Gumpaste daisies.

This cake was so rich! I used a chocolate cake with a peanut butter cookie filling, so the ganache just sent the richness factor over the top! I don't remember the exact recipe that I used, but I do know that I go it from cakecentral.com and it was super easy to make. Thanks for the nice comments!
