This cake was a surprise for my just married cousin and his wife. Made from bisquit, strawberries and cream, covered with marzipan, flowers and other decorations are also made from marzipan.

I love that this is covered and decorated in marzipan. For one thing, I love marzipan and for another, it's something different to the usual fondant.
