Christmas Cake 2012

I made this cake for my family Christmas party. It is a hazelnut brown-butter cake iced with my hazelnut buttercream and covered with ganache. The greenery and flowers are fake this time, I usually try to make them out of gumpaste. Hope everyone had a Happy Holiday :)
