Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Had just enough Rumchata for this recipe. Crust is made with Cinnamon Crunch cereal and I decided to also put a layer in the middle of the cheesecake.

Thanks Betty, Katy & Maria.  Maria, the circles are actually very easy and I learned this from my mom.  She used to do this when she made Portuguese Sweet Rice.  You wet the rim of a shot glass and dip it in a place full of cinnamon and just put it on.  First I was thinking on filling it full of circles but then thought of doing it this way.

Thanks June.  I saw a couple of different recipes for Rumchata cheesecake and one of them had that for the crust.  I kind of took things from each of them.
