Dia I am teaching in Pickering, Ontario in July this year. If you visit Flour Confections you will see the classes on there.

I've just started cake decorating. I'm taking the Wilton Cake Decorating Courses right now as an introduction, and if I enjoy it (as I already am!) I will look at other schools to learn more advanced methods. It's too bad I'm in Ontario, Canada or I would definitely come to you! I hope to be able to do things like you in the future :o)

Susan, I am self taught in sugarcraft with an artistic flair for animation and cartoon drawing. I travel around the world teaching what I do. I AM a teacher! LOL! I have Online Tutorials available and also do lots on You.Tube and various other freebie sites to help others. I've been to Texas 3 times now. Austin twice and Houston. I'm back in Austin next February.
