Sandra...Have you ever made the "prune cake" ?? It's much better than the name implies. It's on my site too.

Thank you, Katy!  Mike and I really love this pound cake recipe (Betty shared it on her site).  This is the first time I've used fresh raspberries between the layers, but I don't think it can be bad :o)  Also my first time to use ganache and, I must say, I was impressed at how firm and solid it makes the cake and how sharp the edges.
