Squirt - 1130F
Squirt was made from two small cakes made in pudding bowls and placed on cake boards. They were ganached and then covered with fondant.
His flippers are acetate pieces covered with fondant and then attached to the cake. I placed his head on a piece of styrofoam covered in the same colour as the cake board to raise his head to give him a bit more depth.
Blossoms were cut out and attached to his shell.
He was a lot of fun to make.
