This cake nearly sent me over the edge; top tier fondant had to be re-draped 3x . AFTER stacking, bottom tier fondant exploded RIGHT in front. Black royal piping on white fondant sides is "challenging" to say the least. I plunged my elbow into bottom tier while piping the top. The cake had to travel over 1 1/2 hrs (in 85+degree NJ weather) AND I had to allow someone else to deliver it. Front "logo" was designed (photo & computer generated) by bride and had to be 're-interpreted' in fondant by me :) I'm ready for the looney-bin. BUT, reports from bridal couple and guests say that it was a tremendous hit. I still need a drink!

Oh goodness, it sounds like you had a few challenges but in the end the cake looks awesome.
