Easter Cupcakes
Not really a cupcake, more a tree stump! Slices of log recipe topped with swirls of chocolate butter cream and adorned with chocolate sugar eggs.

They actually came about by accident! The client had ordered a large log and I was sure I had a large board and box, but they turned out to be a medium size (ok, so I should have checked before last night.....). So I turned the rest of the cake that wouldn't fit on the board into the stumps and put them in a cupcake box. She was delighted with the novel idea! Phew.
