Another Strawberry Shortcake.

This was initially a FBCT, but then it cracked! So luckily I still had the bags of icing (I usually try to clean up as I go - so glad I didn't toss out the icing bags!!), and I had to pipe over the transfer...whew! This is a single layer 12" round strawberry cake with bc icing.
