The flowers are lovely, Ashley. Is that sanding sugar on the tiers?

Im not sure what the roller method is. When I need to smooth imperfections out of my buttercream I use parchment paper an a fondant smoother.

ok, i was wondering because it's so sharp. did you use the paper towel or roller method to smooth it?
