This cowboy hat cake sat on a chocolate cake shaped like the state of Oklahoma. The sash was made to look like the sash that was given to Miss Rodeo Oklahoma. The brim of the hat was made out of gumpaste and the hat was carved and covered with fondant. The black ribbon is fondant as well.
