This was one of my first cakes I did and I am glad you like it. What I have found is using a warm cake spatula works great. Just put it in a glass of hot water, wipe it off and go. You will get the hang of it.

Very cute! You seem to not have any difficulties getting your BC icing nice and smooth! Ever have any problems with "air pockets"??? I know I do!
