Snow Village Christmas Cake

This was so fun!! I made two spice cakes, cut out a piece so they would fit together, then put that piece on top in middle. I made white royal icing, spread it thin, let it dry, then scraped it up for the snow. After putting on the PB Gingerbread trees and snow man on, I sprinkled the 'snow' all around!! Really cute!!
