French vanilla cake with butter cream frosting. I piped the top of each tier with buttercream using my star tip. Then added blue and white snowflakes made from white chocolate dusted with white pearl dust. Then to top the whole thing off I added blue ribbon the the bottom of each tier, and sprinkled edible glitter and shimmer dust over the whole cake to make it sparkle!!
