Smith Wedding of Roses

This was a gigantic wedding cake order that I swear had to weigh about 150 lbs! It was all icing, no fondant other than the ribbon. Coconut tier, Almond cake & Peanut butter on the bottom. I made the pink roses and the big letter "S" from fondant/gumpaste. Was soo scared that when the time came and the catering staff moved it to the table out side...that they would make it down the 25 steps & pier they had to walk down. Luckily they did and it was a huge hit!
