Barrel of Monkey's birthday Cake- 1130F
This is a birthday cake made for my niece who loves monkey's The cake was made as a large barrel, the cake was banana with peanut butter filling and chocolate fondant. I also make mini individual cakes of barrels that spelt out her name. The monkeys and the little girl (which is my niece are modelled out of sugarpaste.
